Doch das Naserümpfen meines Kontrahenten bei dem Hinweis, dass ich diesmal lieber Orangensaft trinke, konnte ich schon im Gedanken kaum ertragen. Einfach weil ich keinen Appetit darauf habe. Konkretes Ziel habe ich erstmal keines. Ich wünsche allen die ein Zuckerfreies Leben oder auch nur einen Lebensabschnitt führen wollen noch viel Durchhaltevermögen. Langfristig sei es so möglich, generell weniger zu trinken.

Alkohol: Ein Verzicht auf Zeit ist nicht immer sinnvoll

Die Umstellung braucht ein bisschen Geduld und Mut. Auch mich wurmt seit einigen Wochen die Tatsache, dass mein Körper regelrecht nach Zucker schreit. So habe ich für meine Verhältnisse viel zu viel Zucker gegessen. Alkohol hat eben eine Menge Kalorien. Vielleicht liegt das in der zeitlichen Begrenzung. Ich halte meinen Umgang mit Alkohol für verantwortungsbewusst.
